class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each session lasts 60 or 90 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How many sessions should I attend?<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can attend as many sessions as you want or feel you need to. We usually recommend a minimum of 6 sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Will I get one-to-one attention?<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, we work with all clients individually. You will work with one or both horses, and with <a href=\"https:\/\/wisehooves.co.uk\/index.php\/about\/\" title=\"About\">Ingrid<\/a>. We don\u2019t have fixed programmes that everyone follows. Equine facilitated learning is not like the sort of learning you know from school. In EFL there is no set curriculum, no activities that everyone is expected to do, and no standards that you are expected to achieve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will spend time with the horses in their natural space \u2013 observing them from a distance and communicating with them close up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You might groom the horses, or lead them around the field, or even around a small obstacle course.
